About The Position
The Edge Data Center Operations (DCO) Technician at Amazon is responsible for providing local and remote support for Edge & PoP (Point of Presence) Data Centers across North America. This role involves troubleshooting and configuring network and server hardware, coordinating with colocation providers, and leading projects to expand AWS Edge data center infrastructure. The technician will also ensure operational efficiency and safety standards are met while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
