Provides supervisory oversight to the MHTL Senior Advocates and Advocates for both programs (MHTL Supervised Residence and MHTL Crisis Respite Bed). Provides oversight to consumers who carry a Severe Mental Health Diagnosis (SMI) often coupled with co-existing diagnosis (SUD, DD) seeking recovery. Consumers may have high medical risk, substance use overdose potential and/or high risk behaviors. Carries out all duties according to agency and program policies and procedures, NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) regulations and NYS Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) protocols.
