About The Position
The MHT/Phlebotomist at Larkin Behavioral Health Services plays a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.
Requirements
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Certification in phlebotomy from an accredited program.
- Experience working in a healthcare or mental health setting.
Responsibilities
- Participates in shift report by listening actively and clarifying patient care instructions with Charge Nurse
- Monitors and records vital signs (TPR, height, weight, I&O and BP) accurately and within time frames.
- Attends to the Activities of Daily Living of patients by assisting and/or supervising.
- Serves Meals, monitoring and recording dietary habits.
- Intervenes as appropriate with dietary needs and records intake of form, as instructed
