About The Position
The Mental Health Professional role involves providing individualized, client-centered services to individuals in community and home-based settings. The position requires regular assessment of clients' goals, strengths, and needs for community resources, along with crisis intervention services as needed. The professional will ensure that each consumer has an Individualized Recovery Plan and will document services provided in accordance with agency standards.
