About The Position
This position provides opportunity to gain knowledge regarding Loan Servicing, Operations, and Collections aspect of the Manufacture Housing Industry.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in Spanish - required
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excelling communication skills - both oral and written
Nice To Haves
- Some College preferred
- Collection knowledge a plus
- Manufactured housing knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer customer calls/inquiries
- Take payments over the phone
- Handle customer/client correspondence and all information requests
- Support various departments within Loan Servicing Team
- Assist with Loan Research
- Review and submit Loan Maintenance Requests
- Other duties as assigned
