About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently looking for an Experienced Logistics Support Representative to support the MH-139 Grey Wolf Program. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the operational readiness of the fleet through effective logistics support at Malmstrom Air Force Base (AFB), Montana. You are applying for a Field Operations position where our employees must be willing and able (potentially short notice) to travel to a variety of locations (domestic and/or international) to meet the needs of our customers. Field Operations employees may be required to relocate to another Field Operations location based on customer and/or management requirements. Specific contracts supported by Field Operations could require employees to perform a deployment to a US DOD contingency operation. Employees associated with these specific contracts must be able to pass military contractor health standards for deployment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within a military aviation context.
  • Willing and able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be willing and able to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international) on potentially short notice.
  • Must be willing and able to relocate to a variety of locations (domestic and international) to meet customer needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems, particularly the GOLD system.
  • Experience in military aviation supply operations or logistics support.
  • Additional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
  • Familiarity with government contracting processes and compliance requirements related to logistics and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the storage, organization, and inventory control of parts and equipment essential for the MH-139 program.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of required parts and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using the Government Online Database (GOLD) system.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to parts and equipment.
  • Evaluate and enhance logistics processes, systems, and performance to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize a strong understanding of logistics principles and supply chain coordination to effectively manage the warehouse and support the MH-139 program.
