The Manager, Talent Acquisition Workforce Development, is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the workforce development function, including the staff that support this function. This role is responsible for implementing Rush's workforce development strategies through various program deployment and managing several community and academic relationships that lead to the creation of qualified applicant pools as well as incumbent workforce upskilling. The manager will lead the team to work closely with community partners, non-profits, educational institutions, and governmental agencies to enhance employment opportunities and career development for community members and incumbent employees. This role entails managing all aspects of career pathway programs in collaboration with other TA and operational stakeholders, including logistics, facilitation, evaluation, and quality assurance. Measurement of effective workforce development efforts will be maintained through the organization's DEI dashboard, in partnership with key organizational stakeholders.
