About The Position

The Manager, Social Media is a strategic brand storyteller and community builder responsible for shaping and scaling Topgolf’s social presence. This highly visible role blends creativity, analytics, and cultural relevance to drive brand awareness, deepen Player engagement, and translate business priorities into scroll-stopping content. You’ll sit at the intersection of Brand, PR, Creative, and Operations — leading social-first thinking while ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business objectives. From real-time engagement to large-scale campaigns, you’ll turn insight into action and community into loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in social media strategy and management
  • Proven track record of building engaged communities and delivering measurable campaign results
  • Deep expertise across social platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems
  • Strong understanding of paid social strategy and performance marketing principles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong brand voice sensibility
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, culturally dynamic environment
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging social trends, platform updates, and digital best practices

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Drive brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement across all major social platforms.
  • Identify emerging trends and cultural moments to keep Topgolf relevant and leading-edge.
  • Own the content vision and execution across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and curate compelling text, image, and video content optimized by platform.
  • Develop social-first campaigns that seamlessly integrate targeted marketing messages into broader initiatives.
  • Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships to expand reach and credibility.
  • Lead community management strategy, ensuring timely, professional, and brand-aligned responses.
  • Foster authentic two-way engagement that strengthens Player loyalty and advocacy.
  • Monitor performance metrics and social listening insights to optimize campaigns and content strategy.
  • Manage paid social advertising campaigns, including budget oversight, targeting, testing, and reporting.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable results.
  • Partner closely with PR to amplify brand recognition across social and traditional media channels.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Provide strategic direction for social-first content within integrated marketing campaigns.
