This role will focus on a blend of new customer acquisition and warm leads to drive the expansion of Frontier's market presence through outbound sales efforts. The Outbound Sales Manager will oversee the team's daily activities, manage performance, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. As a leader, you will coach, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional sales results while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
