About The Position

TMC Bonham Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital that includes both primary care and specialty physicians. The Critical Access Hospital, offering both inpatient and outpatient services along with 24-hour emergency services. The Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Program was established to assure access to healthcare services for rural residents. The program provides rural acute care hospitals with a range of opportunities for service enhancement and quality of care improvement. Quality healthcare and patient safety is our goal. TMC Bonham is managed by Texoma Medical Center, subsidiary of UHS. The Radiology Manager shall be directly responsible for the departmental operation including personnel, equipment and supplies, and planning, implementing, directing and supervising the technical activities of the department. Ensures compliance with quality standards as they relate to the care provided to all groups of patients. Maintains a properly credentialed, skilled staff, high employee morale, and positive interdepartmental and physician relationships. Optimizes effective integration and utilization of the various systems (technical and processes) within the department.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiographic Technology.
  • Requires at least five years experience in the field of imaging in a hospital environment.
  • Must have certification by either the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, NMTCB, or ARDMS.
  • Requires exceptional interpersonal communication skills, computer literacy and knowledgeable of a variety of specialized imaging procedures.
  • Must possess critical thinking skills and sound decision making and problem solvinig abilities.
  • Must be service excellence focused (strong customer service and team building skills).
  • Must demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and projects.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while completing multiple and simultaneous tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
