Responsible for evaluating payor contracts and ensuring they are properly configured and maintained in the systems according to compliance with contract terms, SOX controls, and system requirements.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience; BA/BS preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in healthcare contract administration/configuration
- Prior experience in supervisory role strongly desired
- Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the management of contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners
- Reviews and approves documents for protection of the company's contractual posture and adherence to company policy
- Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions
- Provide regular reporting and communication to management on usage, systemic issues, trends
- Manage team responsible for data entry, configuration within systems and maintenance of all changes in terms and conditions of payor contracts
- Addresses issues and questions regarding contract terms and compliance; escalate and collaborate with provider network team as appropriate
