  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations, or relevant health care industry OR 10 years of experience in the same fields.
  • Experience managing people or projects.
  • Experience implementing multi-million dollar/multi-year business and technology projects.
  • Understanding of project management tools and methods.
  • Financial, estimating, and budget management experience as it relates to projects, implementations, and/or operations.
  • Comfortable with change and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
  • Presentation and group facilitation experience.
  • Analytical and information synthesis skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring staff.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience developing relationships and interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.
  • Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.
  • Business acumen and project/process integration skills.
  • Conflict management and resolution skills.
  • Understanding of/experience with the SDLC.
  • Ability to autonomously manage complex corporate projects.
  • Master's Degree in an area of study that focuses on critical thinking/problem solving activities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry and current trends related to new products/networks, as well as new legislation and interaction with government affairs.
