This role requires proven leadership, effective management of direct reports, and experience in administering, auditing, analyzing and evaluating system-wide clinical compensation pay practices for physicians. Must be a subject matter expert on compensation marketplace trends and factors that can help shape the physician compensation plans and policies and build successful partnerships with our various service line leaders in our healthcare system.
