About The Position

Under the direction of the Senior Director, the Mgr PeriOp Training and Practice designs, implements, and evaluates education programs to support the competency and development of Perioperative Services team members. This role ensures training aligns with hospital goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices in patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• License/Registration - Issued by Florida or Compact State
• Registered Nurse
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
• Minimum of three (3) years leadership experience required and experience in developing and delivering education programs with Perioperative staff.
• Hands on experience in surgical services, including scrubbing, circulating, and perioperative patient care.
