Patient Access manager will be responsible for overseeing various front end revenue cycle functions in multiple hospital settings for a specific region. These include pre-registration, insurance verification, point-of-service cash collections, financial counseling, registration, team member on-boarding and training while paying particular attention to addressing the needs of our patients and team members. The Patient Access manager will work collaboratively with hospital leaders, administration, and revenue cycle to ensure that the Patient Access Department is supporting the operation of the RRH organization. In addition to revenue cycle activities, Access Associates serve important hospitality and safety functions for patients. Leaders must also exhibit excellent customer service skills to help ensure high patient satisfaction.
