The Manager of Operations at Public Consulting Group (PCG) is responsible for overseeing the South Employment Services Department across two regional offices.   • Educate Representatives and their Team Leads on the Quality Assurance process.
  • Analyze quality and performance trends to provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and document regular continuous improvement meetings.
  • Lead and participate in weekly status updates and monthly status reports with clients and project teams.
  • Manage and track project budget and invoicing.
  • Collect completed survey/assessment instruments from site surveyors and ensure accuracy and consistency in results.
  • Provide ongoing communication with the project oversight panel, including senior staff from government agencies and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with the client.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to organize and plan work efficiently within set time limits.
  • Ability to understand and interpret federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Ability to analyze and manage significant amounts of data and produce written reports.
  • Ability to effectively communicate project status, issues, and information to the client.
  • Ability to manage a team and coordinate project tasks across multiple counties.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
  • Experience in public policy or social work.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
