About The Position

Responsible for maintaining safe, legal, efficient, environmentally sound, and economic operations activities of the branches in the region. Provides direct support and oversight to Manager National Operations. Functions as staff to the Manager of National Operations - ChemCare and coordinates with other members of the Corporate Office and Regional staff to achieve safety, regulatory compliance, and profitability. What you'll do: Coordinating the implementation and maintenance of the operating equipment, policies, procedure, methods, and systems for the region. Improving or creating new policies and procedures, safety standards, methods, and equipment for the position. Collaborating with Regional Managers on facilitation of internal and external logistics recommendations. Recommending and supervising maintenance and improvement of facilities in conjunction with the Branch Operations Manager or the Director of Operations. Visiting off-site locations, branches to review the operational activities and equipment to recommend changes or corrections. Supervising compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other Federal, State and Local regulations and conducting routine safety audits. Ensuring training programs are conducted and documented. Participating in the recruiting process of Field Services roles in the region to ensure open roles are filled on time. What you'll need: College degree, or equivalent business experience.5 to 7 years of proven Hazardous Waste Field Services or Sales leadership experience within the industry. Extensive knowledge of sales activities, warehousing, accounting, credit, personnel management, transportation, and an understanding of how to handle emergency situations. Familiar with local, state, and federal business laws as they apply to our operations. Knowledge of cGMP requirements as it pertains to FDARP as applicable to the facility

Requirements

  • College degree, or equivalent business experience.5 to 7 years of proven Hazardous Waste Field Services or Sales leadership experience within the industry.
