The Onboard Branding & Communications Manager will be responsible for executing the global onboard communication strategy as established by the Sr. Manager Onboard Marketing & Communications. This role is pivotal in supporting the implementation of brand initiatives aimed at achieving or exceeding onboard revenue and guest satisfaction targets. The Manager will collaborate with various internal and external departments and stakeholders, including Marketing, Hotel Operations, New Build, Purchasing, Revenue, concession partners, and shipboard teams. The goal is to identify, recommend, develop, and facilitate the standardization of branding and communication guidelines for the Celebrity Cruises brand. In addition to strategic execution, the Onboard Branding & Communications Manager will manage and develop the shoreside Onboard Branding & Communications Account Executive. This role also involves providing marketing leadership oversight for the fleetwide shipboard Digital Content Manager and Assistant Digital Content Manager teams. The Manager will outline direction for implementing consistent and on-brand printed guest communications, digital signage, and stateroom TV content. Key responsibilities include managing brand standardization and compliance of all onboard communications across new ships, fleet modernization during dry dock, and ships in service. This will be achieved through collaboration with cross-functional teams and ownership of a brand SharePoint that serves as the single source of truth for approved content and communications. The Manager will direct shipboard Digital Content Managers in decision-making processes related to guest communication issues impacting onboard operations. The Onboard Marketing Manager is also responsible for ensuring brand standards are maintained for all guest-facing promotional materials and events, including collateral such as the Celebrity Today program, digital signage, broadcast TV content, in-stateroom printed material, and point-of-purchase displays. The role involves leading global marketing efforts to distribute creative assets and marketing guidelines for onboard experiences, promotions, and activities, while ensuring all communications adhere to brand standards from inception to ongoing support of onboard products and services. The Manager will guide the development of new offerings that drive increased onboard revenue and enhance the overall guest experience. This includes implementing initiatives through integrated onboard communications channels to generate and engage consumer awareness of existing or new onboard experiences delivered through internal or external partners. The Manager will monitor the creative development process and production of assets by internal and external vendors, develop multi-channel campaigns, and maintain constant communication with shipboard teams to serve as a liaison between shipboard and shoreside departments for all guest communication needs. Additionally, the Manager will support guest satisfaction ratings and onboard initiatives by developing marketing and communication plans to achieve NPS targets, evaluate onboard products and services, and ensure alignment with branding objectives and standards.
