About The Position

This position provides administrative and clinical direction and oversight to ensure effective and efficient operations for designated clinic, hospital or support departments. The role is accountable for overseeing daily operations, managing performance metrics, and adhering to financial guidelines within designated areas of service.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of proven progressive leadership/management experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related clinical and/or management field is required. In lieu of bachelor’s degree, may consider candidates with an Associate degree that have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Must have excellent leadership, communication, organization, financial and management skills.
• Must have an exceptional combination of interpersonal expertise, vision, strong clinical knowledge, innovation, team leadership and business acumen.
• Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
