About The Position

Summary Statement: The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial aspects of marketing campaigns and projects. This role ensures accurate budget management, timely execution of creative deliverables, and seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with financial acumen to drive efficiency and accountability across all marketing initiatives. Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to: . Collaborate with project owners, vendors, designers, copywriters, email builders, and web developers to ensure campaigns are executed on time. Coordinate and traffic creative deliverables for paid media and agency partnerships. Organize and maintain documentation related to campaign timelines, media plans, and deliverables. Monitor campaign execution status and escalate potential delays or issues. Maintain marketing & advertising budget documentation, ensuring accurate forecasting, allocation, expense tracking across campaigns, channels and vendors. Process vendor invoices, maintain vendor BPOs, and ensure timely payment. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership review, including variance analysis and spend actualization. Partner with Legal and key stakeholders to support partnership renewals and onboarding, serving as a liaison to ensure alignment across all involved parties Perform other job-related duties as requested. Qualifications: – Includes but is not limited to: 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or finance. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple timelines and budgets simultaneously. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications; or equivalent education and experience. Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or entertainment environment. Previous experience working in a global advertising agency. Minimum Education and Experience: At least 21 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent.
