About The Position

The IT Support Manager's role is to oversee the daily operation of the support staff. In addition, the IT Support Manager mentors and provides leadership to the support staff.

Requirements

  • Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including Microsoft Windows Server, AS400 Client Access; Microsoft Office, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, MS Outlook & PC hardware configuration skills.
  • Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
  • Minimum of one (10) years of Information Systems experience or college level course work.
  • Technical certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Staff scheduling.
  • Project organization and implementation.
  • Testing and procuring equipment.
  • Manage ticketing system.
  • Escalate issues to level 2 and level 3 teams.
  • Creates documentation for procedures and knowledge base items.
  • Monitors health for all environments pertaining to the property.
  • Assists with creation and maintenance of Internal Controls.
  • Works closely with Infrastructure and Application Support teams.
