About The Position

The Manager of Operational Technology (OT) will lead day-to-day OT operations and manage a team supporting critical infrastructure across our Bay Area sites (Fremont/Livermore). This role focuses on operational excellence, compliance, and project execution while building strong partnerships with Business Unit (BU) leaders. The Manager will collaborate closely with the OT Leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent with 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) or Information Technology (IT) operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Operational Technology (OT) professionals to deliver high-quality operational support.
• Maintain reliability and security of OT systems in manufacturing and engineering environments.
• Execute OT projects on time and within scope, reporting progress to Global Operational Technology Leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Unit (BU) partners to align OT initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, cybersecurity best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and systems.
