About The Position

The Mgr Imaging Services position at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center is accountable for assisting the Department Director in supervising and coordinating all activities of the Medical Imaging Department. This includes supervision of all Medical Imaging modalities to ensure quality patient care and maintain expected quality standards for diagnostic and therapeutic services. The role requires adherence to regulatory quality requirements established by The Joint Commission, American College of Radiology, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The position demands independent judgment and responsibility, ensuring the highest degree of patient and physician satisfaction is maintained at all times.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a hospital setting.
• Registered with American Registry for Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Director in supervising and coordinating all activities of the Medical Imaging Department.
• Supervise all Medical Imaging modalities to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain expected quality standards for diagnostic and therapeutic services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory quality requirements established by The Joint Commission, American College of Radiology, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
• Exercise independent judgment and responsibility in decision-making.
