About The Position

The position involves planning, organizing, and controlling the launch and control room functions, as well as international functions or offloading. The role ensures a high level of service and on-time launch at minimal cost, directing all necessary activities to provide optimum service to FedEx express customers.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED.
• Two (2) years of management experience in the last five (5) years OR completion of AiM (internal development program).
• Two (2) years related experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Strong basic management, human relations, and communication skills.
• Bilingual communication skills (French/German/Spanish and English) preferred.

Nice To Haves

• One year experience in FedEx supervisory/lead roles, e.g., Ramp agent/Ops Lead/Team Lead.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Twelve months general FedEx operations experience.
