About The Position

As a manager on our team, you will play a dual role as an empowering leader and a consummate teacher. This position involves completing a comprehensive Manager in Training program to learn the ins and outs of running a successful unit. You will be responsible for hiring, training, managing, and motivating a team of professionals to consistently deliver excellent customer service. Additionally, you will support the unit's success by ensuring customer satisfaction, adhering to company procedures, maintaining productivity, and managing costs effectively.

Requirements

Solid written and verbal communications skills
Basic accounting skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Career ambitions in the fast-paced food and beverage industry
A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
2+ years full service, upscale restaurant management experience
