About The Position
The Financial Compliance Manager will report to the Senior Director, North America Compliance within the Finance organization. The role will be responsible for leading the financial compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position will involve developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing training to staff on compliance matters. The manager will also collaborate with various departments to identify compliance risks and implement effective controls to mitigate them.
