The Manager of Bridges-Integration Services provides strategic oversight and operational management for the Bridges team. This role focuses on resource allocation, budget management, and the long-term roadmap for healthcare interoperability. The Manager is responsible for ensuring the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs), fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning the interface engine’s capabilities with the organization’s digital transformation goals. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
