About The Position

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement within the facility. This role involves managing a team across multiple shifts, promoting a culture of excellence, and achieving operational objectives while maintaining cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, Military, or other technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a functional area such as Operations, Technical Operations, Technology, Engineering, Maintenance, or previous supervisory experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in supporting relevant manufacturing or processing (aseptic/sterile, bulk, solid oral dosage, packaging, utilities, etc.).
• Demonstrated knowledge of High Performing Organization tools and methodology, including MPS/lean processing and Inclusion.
• Working knowledge of cGMP for pharmaceutical and/or vaccine manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Shift(s) objectives are achieved while reliably supplying quality product at a competitive cost.
• Create and sustain a culture of compliance with Safety, Environment, and cGMP standards.
• Support Shift(s) change meetings and exercise judgment to ensure quality product is produced while managing costs.
• Develop a company Production System (MPS) and continuous improvement culture while achieving MPS Targets.
• Accountable for meeting the Shift(s) operating budget and continuously reducing costs.
• Create and sustain a highly engaged workforce through effective leadership and coaching.
