About The Position
This benchmark is intended to be used by companies that have generic classifications engaged in research and/or product development encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: electronics, electrical, mechanical, and/or chemical.Must HaveBachelor's Degree and 6 years of progressive technical experience in research, engineering and design; Master's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience. Newport News Shipbuilding requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program. This role requires ability to learn and understand the business; identify opportunities for technology infusion; drive change management; and perform value-assessments to inform evolving technology innovations, methods, and processes.
Requirements
