About The Position
Exelon is leading the energy transformation, and we're calling all problem solvers, innovators, community builders and change makers. The primary purpose of this position is to manage the account management, business processes, and systems required for Retail Electric Suppliers (RESs), Customer Self Managers (CSMs), Metering Service Providers (MSPs), and General Account Agents (GAAs) to register and succeed in a restructured retail environment in accordance with State legislation and rules and policies as approved by the ICC and ComEd. This role includes management responsibility for the design, testing, implementation, and documentation of the rules, policies, business processes, and systems required to successfully implement new State legislative programs. The position may require extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
