About The Position

Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, you'll serve as a key connector between Home Office teams and field operations, helping to drive excellence across compliance, financial performance, team development, and client satisfaction. You will lead efforts to monitor program effectiveness, strengthen clinical collaboration, and driving process improvements. As a hands-on leader, you will support Food Service Directors and their teams through recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development. Your leadership will be instrumental in supporting operational performance, developing high-performing teams, and executing company-wide strategies. We are seeking someone with strong experience in multi-site foodservice operations, strategic planning, team leadership, and budget management.
