About The Position

Manages Customer Pickup Coordination (CPC) teams within a FedEx Ground geographic district to achieve CPC organizational goals. Executes the CPC Organizational Change Management plan, and provides feedback to improve CPC tools and processes. Essential Functions Manages hiring, terminations, coaching, skills development, and performance management. Collaborates with various stakeholders to provide insight and recommendations for process improvements. Leads complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, preparing project plans, managing resources, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
  • Five (5) years business experience, including one (1) year management experience.
  • Knowledge of FedEx field operations, features of service, systems, policies and procedures.
  • Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills.
