About The Position

ESFM is the corporate facilities management (FM) division of Compass Group USA, a Gold-level Corporate Sustaining Partner of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and a Platinum Corporate Member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills.
Communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with management, client, customer and associate levels.
Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership

Responsibilities

Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks
Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates
Oversees sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s)
Assists with cost control management for the account
Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
Performs other duties as assigned
