The Manager Cybersecurity supports the Cybersecurity Engineering Operations Team, overseeing technologies including PingOne, PingID, PingFederate, F5 APM, custom‑built security integrations, and AWS. They’ll lead a People‑focused Team responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining cybersecurity platforms while serving as the first line of defense when issues arise or Customers need support. They’re accountable for delivering secure, resilient, and well‑integrated solutions and services that align with cybersecurity strategy, technical standards, and enterprise objectives. The Manager Cybersecurity applies strong communication and problem‑solving skills, paired with sound business and technical judgment, to ensure solutions meet Customer needs, maintain high availability, and deliver meaningful value to the organization.
