The Cyber Operations Support Manager reports to the Sr Manager, Cyber Defense of the Cyber Threat Detection (CTD) team. This role works closely with the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), Cyber Attack Surface Management (CASM), and Cyber Detection Engineering (CDE) teams to support and enhance the organization's cybersecurity operations. This position plays a critical role in driving team metrics, enhancing documentation, developing career pathways, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
