The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field, or a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • May require previous supervisory experience.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Five (5) years of related experience is required; Three (3) years of equivalent industry experience is preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
  • Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace or Excel, JDE, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent financial analysis and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to develop complex models to meet business requirements.
  • Advanced verbal and written skills.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information is required.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels, including senior management.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement reporting providing actionable insight to support and influence decision making and proactively manage financial results.
  • Lead the site forecast process.
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial forecasts, and weekly financial updates in accordance with reporting timelines.
  • Highlight areas of concern for management to proactively take action.
  • Lead risk mitigation and cost recovery initiatives at the site, and help ensure pricing models are managed appropriately.
  • Develops and maintain standard operating procedures related to processes under the scope of responsibility.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in processes and systems.
  • Provide a strong and effective internal control environment, where policies and procedures are regularly monitored internally for ongoing effectiveness in order to ensure that financial results are materially correct.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely preparation and review of monthly close entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to support financial balances.
  • Develop a high-performing team, providing regular feedback, and focus on mentoring, personal and career development, succession planning and career mapping.
