As the Manager of Corporate Security, you'll assume responsibility for the Divisional Director's duties during their absence. You'll plan and direct the investigative and physical security functions of the division, guided by the Divisional Director of Corporate Security. Developing and implementing physical security and investigative programs and strategies for the division will be your accountability. You'll direct investigators and physical security specialists to comply with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you'll represent Corporate Security on various committees, conduct briefings, and coordinate with management and law enforcement when necessary. To excel in this role, extensive security management and investigative experience and strong leadership and communication skills are necessary. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation of physical security and investigative functions, maintaining high-quality results, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving individual will thrive in this role.
