Mgr Clinical Weekend- OR Main- FT- 1st Shift
About The Position
Accountable, in collaboration with the Unit Director, for the day to day operations of Surgical Services, to include effective management of the clinical and environmental systems within the department. Promotes collaborative practice with other departments and customers of Surgical Services. Works with staff, providers, and leadership team to find solutions to difficult human and clinical problems that arise. Must be able to adjust to a rapidly changing environment and assure good communication skills within the department and to outside customers.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Extensive Operating Room experience in which an advanced level of leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills have been demonstrated.
- Strong customer service and communication skills required
