The Manager of Cleaning Services is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence of Unit Amenity & Cleaning Services at Orange Lake Resort. This role oversees all aspects of logistics, inventory management, financial performance, compliance, and team development to ensure efficient and high-quality operations across the resort. This leader drives continuous improvement initiatives, optimizes supply chain processes, and ensures all villas are stocked according to brand standards. The role also includes ownership of forecasting, vendor management, contract labor oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to support resort-wide objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, operations, or service-related environment
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing leaders or supervisors
  • Strong experience in inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain operations
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 1 year of safe driving experience
  • Expert level mastery of Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Cleaning Services operations, ensuring alignment with resort and brand goals.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a team, including supervisors, with a focus on performance, engagement, and succession planning.
  • Oversee inventory management, forecasting, ordering, and distribution of all amenity and cleaning supplies across the resort.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and brand standards, including proper storage and handling of materials.
  • Analyze operational metrics (inventory reports, quality scores, labor, and service levels) to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships, product selection, and contract labor to support operational needs.
  • Lead and support resort-wide projects, audits, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate industry trends and recommend process improvements and innovations.
  • Set clear performance expectations and accountability standards
  • Manage workflow across teams and supervisors
