Parkwood Behavioral Health System includes a 148-bed inpatient acute and residential care facility, as well as partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs.

Requirements

• Master's Degree required in Psychology, Sociology or related field.
• Two (2) years' experience clinical experience in a psychiatric setting.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• LCSW, LMSW or LPC preferred.
• CPR Certification required.
• Prefer knowledge of recruitment, selection, benefits, employment law, worker's compensation, compensation, employee relations.
• Advanced computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assures smooth and orderly admissions into the hospital.
• Receives incoming admission inquiry calls.
• Assesses patients for admission and makes appropriate referrals.
• Participates in staff evaluation and shift leadership.
• Provides task assignment and accountability necessary to complete all admissions related duties for their shift.
