The Manager of ACH Operations at Golden 1 Credit Union is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the operations of ACH, which includes ACH products and services, as well as General Ledger balancing activities. This role drives departmental success by ensuring operational efficiency, delivering exceptional member service, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The manager will inspire and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and engagement while guiding the team to meet strategic objectives. This position emphasizes not only the effective management of daily operations but also a commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the long-term success of the department.
