About The Position
The Manager of 340B Program Compliance will provide operational accountability, management, and process development of the 340B program to ensure optimal operational performance in compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial standards. Perform ongoing analysis and audits of the program and data validation to ensure accurate and optimal performance. Manage drug manufacturer accounts and ensure proper inventory flow related to the program. Manage staff related to the program and coordinate operational efforts from supporting departments. Perform duties in alignment with Tampa General Hospital's missions, vision, and values.
