About The Position

The Product and Solutions Marketing Manager - MFT at Axway will lead product marketing activities across various global markets, focusing on Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions. This role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that Axway's offerings meet market needs and drive maximum impact. The manager will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, creating marketing content, and supporting sales enablement efforts to enhance product positioning and drive demand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role within the software technology sector.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical product marketing or management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing and market research for product positioning.
  • Experience in enterprise software markets, particularly IaaS/PaaS/SaaS.
  • Familiarity with B2B data integration and information security standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to understanding the needs of technical practitioners and IT buyers to target them effectively.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers and partners to define differentiated product value.
  • Research competitive solutions and maintain evaluations to inform product positioning.
  • Create customer-facing marketing materials, including web content, tutorials, and presentations.
  • Update existing web content to improve conversion rates and support product launches.
  • Develop sales tools and scripts to communicate solution benefits effectively.
  • Conduct sales enablement sessions for regional field teams on Axway products.
  • Present in webinars and public forums to promote Axway product capabilities.
  • Support marketing programs and campaigns with relevant content and messaging.
