These services aid in the prevention or reduction of the effects of stressors that may detract from military and family readiness. This position is remote ; however, it is STRONGLY PREFERRED that the Supervisor resides WITHIN 50-60 MILES OF Colorado Springs, CO (preference will be given to those who are qualified and live closer to these geographical locations) . Regular in-person engagement at the installation is needed for this assignment. At a minimum, the Supervisor must be able to support monthly on-site installation engagements in Colorado Springs, CO. Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) Supervisors are responsible for directly supervising the performance and service delivery of an assigned group of MFLC Counselors. MFLC Supervisors are generally located within, or adjacent to, the local area of the MFLCs they supervise. MFLC Supervisors may be geographically separated from the Regional Managers to whom they report.
