Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in optical systems integration, laser alignment, or related technical roles.
Strong understanding of laser systems, optical components, and system-level troubleshooting.
Experience with precision alignment tools, optical metrology, and system diagnostics.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

Performed final system integration testing, calibrated laser power levels, debugged system issues, and repaired or replaced optical components as needed.
