In this role will offer you the following daily responsibilities: The Lockheed Martin Reentry Body Operations Department is searching for an Associate Building Officer to join our team at the Limited Area Production and Storage Complex on Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor. In this role, you are responsible for supporting the Building Officer to coordinate, track, and verifying proper completion of preventative, urgent, and emergency maintenance on all systems to ensure ordnance processing readiness; including after hours emergencies. You will submit and track facility work orders, control facility access, coordinate VIP facility tours, collect and present facility performance metrics to management and stakeholders, and support collateral responsibilities related to the facility. You will operate with the Building Officer as Lockheed Martin's first line of contact with multiple civil service, active duty USN, and military security forces within this complex, zero-defect, security-focused production environment. Please note that this position does NOT support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Silverdale, WA, and will be expected to work in the office.
