About The Position
The role involves coordinating work processes, product flow, training, and lean practices within a production or materials management department to maximize productivity and quality. Responsibilities include updating schedules to reflect changes, creating and developing weekly training deliverables, coordinating and reporting on training activities, understanding and sustaining lean practices, investigating defects in system transaction entry and product quality, supporting administrative tasks, prioritizing multiple tasks with minimal oversight, and making decisions that impact departmental efficiency.
