About The Position

The MFG Plant Operations Planner is responsible for optimizing workforce productivity and work quality by eliminating potential delays and obstacles through proper planning and coordination of manpower, parts, and materials. This role also involves maintaining inventory of finished products at various distribution warehouses and in-plant raw materials within an established budget. The planner must perform all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and the company's Customer 1st strategy. Additionally, the individual is expected to role model and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others. Responsibilities
