MFG PLANT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER I
About The Position
The MFG Plant Maintenance Engineer I is responsible for leading the effective execution of all maintenance and assigned work/projects within the plant, including external properties. A key focus of this role is optimizing all maintenance functions, including predictive preventive maintenance (PPM), spare parts management, scheduling, and performance. The engineer must perform all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve the overall performance of the plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, and Reliability (SQR). This position also requires providing leadership that embodies the 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles and demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

- Focus on optimizing all maintenance functions, including predictive preventive maintenance (PPM), spare parts, scheduling and performance
- Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR)
- Provide leadership that embodies our 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles
