About The Position

The Co-Op will be assisting and supporting a Manufacturing Engineer of an assigned Plant with various duties under general supervision. This role involves performing time studies, developing and performing process reviews, reviewing production problems, and helping to identify solutions. Additionally, the Co-Op will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating documentation, reviewing or modifying CAD drawings, and working closely with production employees to gather data.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills required
• Ability to communicate with a variety of levels of employees
• Must have own means of reliable communication
• Must be able to work onsite in a Mfg. Plant located in either New Bremen, New Knoxville, Minster, Celina, or Troy, Ohio
